Online Therapy (Telehealth)
Can’t make it to Caringbah, or just prefer your own couch? Our psychologists offer sessions by secure video, and by phone for some sessions, so you can see the same team from wherever you can talk privately.
Most of our psychology services are available online, including sessions for children, teens and adults, parenting sessions and couples therapy. Some assessments need to happen in person, and we’ll let you know if that applies to you.
If online sessions stop feeling right, you can move to the clinic or ask about home visits at any point.
